I’m Andy Mandt, founder of Mandt Truck & Trailer Repair LLC. My journey in diesel mechanics began back in 2010 at a Bobcat dealership in Grand Forks, ND, where I worked on skid steers and mini excavators. From there, I moved on to a Caterpillar dealership, gaining hands-on experience with tractors, combines, heavy equipment, and trucks.
In 2017, my wife and I settled in Brandon, MN. I continued turning wrenches—performing alignments, equipment and trailer repairs, and running a 24/7 roadside service truck. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time out in the field helping farmers, fleets, and owner-operators get back on the road. It’s work I’ve come to really enjoy.
After seeing the local demand for reliable, around-the-clock mobile repair, I launched Mandt Truck & Trailer Repair. As of July 1st, 2025, we celebrated one full year in business—and we’re just getting started.
